Managing Principal
Melinda Lynch, CPA
Melinda joined the team in February 2015, bringing over 17 years of experience in public practice in small through to large firms. She has extensive knowledge of all business types, including companies, trusts, partnerships, HNIs and SMSFs.
Melinda has been managing Moritz Precoma since 2023, upholding the quality of service and maintaining the level of trust placed in the firm by clients throughout her time as the managing principal.
Founder (Retired)
Edgar Moritz, CA
Edgar has almost 50 years of experience in the accounting space. He is a Chartered Accountant registered in Australia and South Africa.
His areas of expertise are management advice to all business entities, business acquisitions and sales, business valuations, taxation advice, attending to the affairs of HNIs and estate and succession planning.
Edgar has a renowned reputation for the quality and reliability of his work, and has been remarkably successful in growing the firm from a small team to what it is today.
Founder
Dario Precoma, MIPA AFA
Dario Precoma graduated with an accounting degree 1984. Between 1984 and 1992 Dario held a variety of professional positions including 3 years as an auditor at the Australian Taxation Office. He left the ATO and joined a medium sized accounting practice.
Four years after joining Dario left to commence public practice and established The Delbridge Corporation. Dario provides accounting and taxation advice, tax planning and minimisation, management and business consultancy.
Senior Accountant
Chris Pleitner, Assoc. Dip. Bus(Acct)
Chris Pleitner completed his Associate Diploma in Business before starting with The Delbridge Corporation in 2000. Chris then joined Moritz Precoma during their merge, bringing with him a wealth of experience and knowledge about his clients.
Chris also provided traditional accountancy and taxation services, but his main strengths are his computer knowledge of accountancy packages in particular MYOB, Cashflow Manager, Xero and Quickbooks
Accountant
Zach Lynch, BBus (Acc)
Zachary holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from RMIT University and supports Moritz Precoma & Associates across accounting, compliance and advisory services. He is passionate about developing his technical accounting expertise and brings a diligent, analytical, and proactive approach to his work.
Outside of work, Zachary enjoys spending time with friends and is an avid follower of football and basketball. He is a dedicated supporter of the Brisbane Lions and the Los Angeles Lakers.
Office Manager
Anthea Tevelis
Anthea has over 30 years of experience in administration and brings a wealth of knowledge to her role.
She is highly organised, with excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to manage a wide range of administrative responsibilities efficiently and professionally.
Outside of work, Anthea enjoys playing tennis and pickleball, spending time with her family, and relaxing with her beloved Staffy.
